Jisses…! Åhhhh,som jag mår idag. Jag är helt uträknad! Ont i hela kroppen, armar, axlar, rygg…. Jisses. Sån pärs den där Självförsvarskursen var! Så tuff! Hårt jobb, massor av styrkeutfall. Min kropp kändes villig, men väldigt otränad… jag förstod ju att jag skulle få träningsvärk, men oj…! Inte sovit mycket inatt. Inte kunnat ligga i vanlig sovställning. Varit vaken och stirrat i taken, försökt vända mig och hitta en skön sovställning, försökte även i soffan, sen tillbaka till sängen. Haha…! Vilken natt. Och inte mycket bättre idag. Ätit frukost och fått i mig tre koppar kaffe. Trött. Ok. Jo, kursen var fullt ös från första stund. Sju timmar inkl. en timmes lunchrast. Vi började med att jogga runt i lokalen och värma upp. Skönt det. Men efter den uppvärmningen kände jag mig ganska slut för första gången den dagen. Det skulle bli många suckar och eftertankar den dagen. Men också mycket skratt ihop med de andra kvinnorna på kursen. Vi var ca 25 st. Jättekul och jättejobbigt! Men också väldigt lärorikt! Oj, vad vi fick lära oss. Självförsvar för kvinnor. Jo du… Kom an nu bara den som törs! Nu vet jag hur jag kan eliminera dig eller åtminstone få dig ur spel och sen lämna dig där. Skönt! Vi fick testa massor av olika grepp på varandra. Hela dagen! En del saker, som att sparka och och slå med handen, var jätteskönt att göra och kändes befriande på nåt sätt. Men sen när instruktören sa, att nu skulle vi alla sprita våra händer väldigt grundligt och noga, ja, då undrade jag vad nu då? Vad ska vi lära oss nu? Jo, nu var det attack mot ögonens tur. Ohhhhhh….. fy tusan vilken obehaglig känsla, att peta och sticka i en annan persons öga. Att rikta sitt försvar till den andres ögon. Jag blev väldigt illa till mods och kände nästan för att lämna och åka hem! Och många av de andra tjejerna kände likadant. Fy vad jobbigt! Men instruktören hade sagt i början av dagen, att vissa saker skulle säkert bli jobbigast mentalt, och inte fysiskt. Han hade helt rätt. Det här var jobbigt! Ush… Men hur det nu var så la vi oss på golvet och började övningarna. Och efter ett tag så var det inte så läskigt som jag hade tänkt. Det blev på ett annat sätt. Och det gick jättebra. Så nu har jag prövat på det också. Ja, jisses. Vilken dag! Men, som sagt, natten har varit jättejobbig. Ont överallt. Hittar ingen sovställning. Nu har det blivit förmiddag och jag har i alla fall kunna få i mig frukost. Det är jättefint väder ute, men jag lär inte kunna ta ett steg ute. Jag blir nog sittandes här med Netflix och Wordfeud… Och jag som tänkte innan, att på söndag ska jag fullfölja och ta mig ut och jogga! Haha… Inte!
Annars är det nu en typisk svensk sommar i år. Inte hektiskt varmt, utan molnigt soligt, störtregn, lite åska, lite kyligt, lite svalt och samtidigt väldigt vackert! Som sagt, en gammaldags, hederlig svensk sommar. Tack för det! Nu kan jag andas.
